During the next couple of months I will be focusing on career development for students, in my job as a project manager (kwartiermaker) for Student Services at Tilburg University. We will be exploring how job market orientation can be brought to an even higher level within the university, and what requirements must be met to create the ideal situation. Potential partners, individuals and parties will be brought together in order to inspire each other and work together. As a result, these ideas will be translated into an advice with a vision, strategy and project boundaries (including organizational structure and finance).
